Tillamook Family Counseling Center and Northwest Parenting present a Self-Care Workshop via Zoom on February 20th from 6 to 7:30pm. Registration is required, and space is limited.
This is an informative and interactive workshop about self-care. Participants will learn about:
Benefits of Self-Care
3 Self-Care Strategies for adults and youth
Self-care practices other parents and caregivers are using.
Following the workshop, a self-care kit will be sent to participants in the mail.
Supports are provided by Tillamook Family Counseling Center and Northwest Parenting. The workshop is provided at no cost to participants that live in the Northwest Parenting region of Tillamook, Clatsop and Columbia Counties.
