Approve the General Manager to award the contract to Advanced Excavation Inc. for $202,025.00 using the Intermediate Bidding process as defined in ORS 279.
Second Reading and Approval of Ordinance 1-24, “An Ordinance Establishing Certain Retail Rates of the Distict as provided for in this Ordinance.”
Any other matters that may come before the Board.
